           The Central Illiana Outdoor Expo - now in its second year - is the first of its kind to come to the region in over two decades and the first ever to feature such a diverse collection of outdoor sports related exhibitors. Centralized between the consistent monster buck producing states of Illinois and Indiana - it is sure to become the annual must-see event of the region.  The expo will obviously be a major attraction for deer hunters.  But, all types of outdoor sports will be also represented in our advertising promotions. 

     The Expo will be promoted through regional radio and print advertising. The advertising campaign will begin in mid-March. The Expo will be advertised through regional radio and print.  It will also be heavily promoted through the use of social media on Facebook, Twitter and more than 50 online blogs and chat rooms.   Exhibitors will receive a promotional packet with fliers to distribute/post in their home areas.  A complete list of all booths, seminars and other special events will be posted on the show website and Facebook page on April 1, 2015.
        A special "Kids’ Zone" will be featured for the youth with a pellet gun range, BB gun range, archery range, Hunter Education, Indiana & Illinois DNR information area and much more. 
     National television personalities from shows airing on the Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel, Hunt Channel and the Pursuit Channel will appear at the Expo for seminars and autograph signings.  Last year, whitetail hunting legends Roger Raglin, Stan Potts and 9 time UFC champion and Hall of Famer Matt Hughes were here all weekend for FREE autograph signings and photos!

Booth Payment
Booths will sell out!!  A $50 deposit is required to "reserve" your booth space.  This deposit only holds your space.  Full payment must be received by March 1, 2015 or the booth deposit will be forfeited and no space will be assigned.  These booth spaces will then be assigned to Exhibitors on the waiting list according to the calendar date of receipt of deposit - earliest first.  Any deposit monies held by us for Exhibitors on the waiting list after all booth spaces have been paid in full and cleared, will be returned in full within 5 business days.  There will be a $40.00 fee for all returned checks. 

The following options for booth spaces are available:  #1 -  10' X 10' booth space...$110  #2 - 10' X 20' booth...$200 or #3 - 12' X 8' space on upper level..$75.  This fee includes booth space, two padded chairs and electrical service.  Booths are "piped and draped" on three sides - 8' drapes on back and 36" on sides.  Tables are available for rent at a weekend rate of $10. Exhibitors are free to provide their own tables, chairs, etc.  Orders for electric and tables must be noted on the registration form and also paid by the March 1 deadline. 

Advertising packet
All Exhibitors will receive a packet containing promotional posters and handbills to distribute in their local areas.  These will be distributed in mid-March.

Move-in/Set-up times
The Palmer Arena will open for exhibitors to begin setting up at 8a on Friday, April 17.

Check-in begins on Friday at 8a.  The exhibitors of the Central Illiana Outdoor Expo must check-in in the lobby of the David S. Palmer Arena to receive their Exhibitor Packet.

Booth tear-down can only begin after the official show closing time  at 4p on Sunday.  To maintain the integrity of the show for attendees as well as Exhibitors, we insist that ALL booths MUST remain open until the advertised show closing time.

Exhibitor badges 
Each booth will receive (2) Exhibitor badges per 10'X10' rented space in their Exhibitor packet at the time of check-in. Badges must be worn at all times during show open hours.  If  additional badges are needed, they are available at a cost of $5 and must be pre-ordered through show management and be paid for at check-in.  Show badges are for booth personnel only. Badges will not be sold through the ticket office.

Cleaning of booth space
Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all trash from the booth space during the show and after tear-down.  Any trash left behind will result in a removal fee of $50.00.

Booth staffing
Every Exhibitor is responsible for having their booth staffed at all times during the show open times.  24 hour security will be provided after hours.  Although every precaution will be taken to protect your property, we will be not be held responsible for the disappearance of any item.  We recommend that booths be covered and roped off while the show is closed and/or when a booth is not staffed.

* Blood Brothers, LLC will not be liable to Exhibitor, Exhibitor's employees, agents, visitors or to any other person whomsoever for any injury or damage to property at or about the premises caused by negligence or misconduct of Exhibitor, its agents, servants or employees. 

24 hour security will be provided throughout the course of the show, including set-up and tear- down times.

State regulations
> The David S. Palmer Arena is a NO smoking facility.  Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the building.
